INDYMAC BANK complaint by Indymacsucks
oct of 07, indymac put us in foreclosure for default in payment. we got attorney and we proved we were not behind. they could show evidence that evidence that we were behind. also when i look online at my account it shows 6 months behind. i am very pissed and want to refinance but can't because of what their records show. we have contacted the attorney general and the nationwide media. they have until may 9th to get their records updated. we will sue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they need to be put out of business. we have called on several occasions and get no where with these people. i have talked with a ken, miranda, joe, brandon, keith, mike, lisa, karen...foreclosure dept i have spoke with brian, alisha, jay, jason, some foreign man who i couldn't understand. so you never get anywhere. when i call to ask the status of our account i hear that we are in foreclosure since sept 07. people it is april 2008, how in the *** are we still living in the house if we are still in foreclosure? they have every excuse in the book as to why they can't do this or do that. they don't do their job. they do, do it when it comes to taking someone's home. they suck, and if it is the last thing i do, i will see them go out of business or have to go bankrupt. everyday i am building more and more evidence to ruin them. so you let them keep right on not updating our account. i am a consumer that is not going to just sit back and they rob me blind. they still say right now we are 1 month behind. when is actually we are paid up until july, but do you think those dumb *** have that in their records, NO, but i do and so does my attorney and the attorney general and the media. i have had it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say - that last comment by Joe is spoken by someone who has obviously never dealth with Indymac Bank.

I pray that you are never put in a position by your "dishonest" mortgage company that makes you look as dumb as you sound. Go ahead judge - but if you haven't walked in the shoes of that person its much better to keep you mouth shut about that situation ...

You only make yourself look and sound stupid ...

Same thing is happening to us. All of our payments for the last past 12 months are not being applied properly showing us in default. Something is going on. We also can not refinance because it is showing on our credit that we are behind on payments even though we have proof of them accepting our money. We have a lawyer which is trying to find out what is going on with Indymac in hopes this matter will be straightened out. I think there is more people out there like us being ripped off. Taking our money and also trying to take our homes. Indymac has also been accepting money towards excrow account to pay for property taxes which is not being paid. We received from our tax collector that in 2007 our taxes have not been paid...but in the same time Indymac has increased our payment due to escrow estimated shortage. On top of that they are also including additional charges for late fees & penalties because they have not applied our payments properly. It looks to me they are trying to make payments unaffordable by adding these bogust fees so they can have their cake and eat it too! Is this a coincidence??? NOT!!!!!!

If you have documentation proving payments were made another lender should be able to refinance you. You could submit data to the credit bureaus also so it's not impacted.

This sounds like a reporting error. I've helped borrowers in similar instances, It's frustrating.

Seriously....

...how many times did you forget to mail your payment in because you were to busy beating off to *** midget ***?

Be honest...6?....7?....8 times a month?

There's a big difference in being in "foreclosure" status actually being foreclosed on. Anytime a payment goes past 120 days it is considered in foreclosure status but that doesnt mean that they are sending a sherriff out to your home to let you know you have 30 days to get out. I gaurantee you are just another dead beat, white trash, irresponsible home buyer that put yourself into a house/loan you couldnt afford trying to keep up with the Jones' and started defaulting on paments here and there. BTW, making a $1,000 payment on a $3,000 monthly note is still not making your payment. Be sure to post the docket number for your case once this is resolved so you can show everyone how you got your *** handed to you in court when your mortgage company proves how much of a f'n moron you are for not paying your bills on time, jagoff!
