After getting behind in my payments back in April, me and my husband deciding to apply for a loan modification. We want to a certified HUD agency to prepare the paperwork, fax the paperwork to indymac bank, got a loan modification agreement that as of 8/1/09 my payments would be lowered, and the back interest would be drop. I was told by a representative at indymac bank not to pay any payments, because I sent them a bank certified check in the new amount that would be due on 8/1/09. 8/1/09 rolled around no one contacted me so I called them up, they send sorry your loan modification was denied, and now you owe 7,000 in back payments, and interest fees. Not one person at Indymac bank called me to let me know what was happening, the reason it was denied they feel my husband fraudulently made up his own paychecks on Microsoft's word, I was so outrage about this that they were calling my husband a liar. My husband works 6 days a week 8 hours a day and you are calling him a liar, this people are insane!!!Trying to get some help and who I can contact about this issue Please Help Karen

While being considered for a loan modification, my house was set for a sell date without even notifying me of the sale date. I was still in the loan modification process, I hadn't been denied.. I called Indymac asking why my house has been set for forcloser, I was told because they didnt get all my forms back. whice is untrue. I fax all my forms back to them over 7 times they would continue to say they didnt receive them. When I would call Indy Mac I would get 5 or 6 diffrent anwsers reguading my process of my loan modification.. ..Something has to be done about IndyMac...

IF there is a class action lawsuit please let me be apart of it.

INCLUDE ME IN ON THE INDYMAC/ONE WEST BANK CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, TOO. NO THEY ARE NOT CRAZY, THEY JUST THINK THAT WE ARE ***. I AM TRYING TO UNDERSTAND SOMETHING! WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR THE HOMEOWNERS THAT IS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH INDYMAC/ONE WEST BANK HAVING SUCH A HARD TIME FINDING AN ATTORNEY THAT WILL SUE THEM. OR IS IT THAT THEY ARE TAKING GOVERNMENT FUNDS AND TAX PAYERS DOLLARS TO HIRE ALL THE LAW FIRMS.

I am goin to contact the Secretary of Treasure and see what they tell me. The letter weill go through a change of commands, but it will eventually get to the right person. They will also answer. So, I will see what happens in Washington D.C., since money is being distributed from Obama Administration.
